Traditional hitting approach

Traditional Hitting Lessons Approach

Players would typically purchase a package of expensive private hitting lessons or pay as you go.  The training session would range between 30-60 minutes, consist of completing various hitting drills and taking between 100-150 swings while the instructor provides feedback.  The problem with this traditional approach is that the instructor is limited to only evaluating the swings during the lesson.

  • Instruction and player development stops once the hitting lesson is over and the player leaves the batting cage.  The player would then be responsible to take the information from the lesson and apply it on their own.  However, the cost of the next expensive private lessons will continue.
  • On-going Player Development - Traditional private lessons do not include a structured customized at-home training plan to meet the individual player’s needs.  Furthermore, the instructor does not have the ability to remotely monitor the player’s progress, and provide continuous feedback.

Rise and grind hitting approach

new and advanced hitting training program

Our hitting development program will help improve power, barrel control, swing plan, increase hand and bat speed, create a short and powerful swing, and hit the ball harder and farther.

The program is designed and customized to help players train smarter and provide data-driven objective swing information.

if you can't measure it, you can't improve it

Data driven training

Improvement must be on-going and collaborative to maximize a player’s development, not just within a 30-60 minute private lesson.   Our hitting development program starts with an assessment to establish a player’s benchmark.

We use the most advanced swing analyzer technology to capture the players hitting metrics and video analysis to identify and customize a training program that meets the player’s individual needs.  Our coaches have the ability to analyze every off-season, in-season, practice, and in-game swing and provide valuable insight on how to take your game to the next level. We have captured over 100,000 swings in our system.

Our hitting assessment will provide a comprehensive hitting report that consists of the following metrics:
