The program focuses on a combination of baseball-specific strength and power training, mobility work, arm care, speed training, and conditioning.
The Pre-Season Advanced Baseball Performance program is designed to bridge the gap and transition between the weight room and on field strength, improving movement patterns, pliability, and mobility.
The In-Season Advanced Baseball Performance program is designed for players to maintain their level of performance, joint mobility, movement quality and staying healthy.
We have put an emphasis on body prep, central nervous prep, sprint prep drills, and unique skills, which all work together to help your development. The program will increase athleticism for all sports, confidence, and fitness levels. Specifically, the training program will improve strength, explosive power, acceleration, deceleration, foot speed, quickness, and change of direction. If you want to get better at a sport, athletes must develop their overall athleticism. Building an athletic foundation and motor skills is key and gives athletes the base to develop their sport-specific skills in a balanced way.
We provide classes for both pre-high schools, high school, and college players.
