Rise and Grind Training offers private lessons for all ages. The private lessons are individualized to help players who want to improve their hitting, pitching, defense, or a combination of all. We also offer speed and agility and strength and conditioning lessons.
We offer 45 to 60-minute sessions of personalized instruction. Each session will cover specific skills focusing on fundamentals and improving mechanics. We recommend training 2-3 times per week to achieve more consistent results.
