Our Speed and Agility Training program will increase athleticism for all sports, confidence, and fitness levels. Specifically, the training program will improve acceleration, deceleration, foot speed, quickness, and change of direction. If you want to get better at a sport, athletes must develop their overall athleticism. Building an athletic foundation and motor skills is key and gives athletes the base to develop their sport-specific skills in a balanced way. For those athletes who play one sport, it provides the opportunity to get faster, stronger, and more skilled without risking overuse injuries due to using the same motions.
Our program is comprised of the latest in speed training, unique and proven strength training methods, position-specific skill sets and drills, and most important competition of comparable athletes. Through plyometric training such as box jumps of various heights, resisted squat jumps, footwork training, and conditioning training, our clients become better athletes.
All training sessions are hosted via Zoom. To take full advantage of the interactive session and to allow the instructor to provide feedback participants should join the meeting using video.
