12-WEEK OFFSEASON TRAINING PROGRAM

Offseason development is the most critical time for players looking to make significant improvements.


The biggest mistake players make is waiting until spring. If you don't commit to a structured program, you not only risk falling behind your peers but also run the risk of injury when you suddenly ramp up throwing and hitting in March.


Don't let the offseason be a weakness. Our 12-week programs provide the disciplined structure, technology, and expert coaching required to ensure you step onto the field next spring as the strongest, most skilled version of yourself.


The programs are specifically designed for middle school to high school players (13U–17U) who are serious about building the physical foundation and skill set for the next level.

PITCHER TRACK - ARM DEVELOPMENT AND VELOCITY

We offer the most comprehensive pitcher track program in the area, designed specifically to help pitchers in their development and prepare for the demands of the upcoming season. This 12-week training program consists of two days per week and aims to increase arm strength, enhance mechanics and efficiency.

Comprehensive, Innovative Training

Our training offers innovative, comprehensive, and specialized training techniques designed to maximize a pitcher's full potential. Sessions will include a dedicated mix of:

  • Movement and Arm Prep and Activation Program
  • Throwing Program (including structured Long Toss)
  • Bullpens
  • Recovery and Arm Care

This approach works to both build arm strength and prevent injuries simultaneously.

Data-Driven Technology & Performance

Your training is fueled by technology and athletic development:

  • Arm Assessment: Training is fueled by ArmCare.com, the most advanced arm assessment and training module in the industry. This technology-driven approach helps us develop a personalized arm care routine to objectively increase arm strength, durability, and health.
  • We also utilize Rapsodo, a cutting-edge pitch tracking tool that measures and analyzes pitch data. This gives us objective insights to further develop your pitches, allowing you to pinpoint specific areas for improvement, increase velocity, and refine your pitch command.refine your pitch command.
  • Full Performance Integration: Crucially, this track includes performance training. This focus on speed, explosion, and foundational athleticism is necessary for converting strength gains into higher velocity on the mound.

Training Schedule

The winter training starts the first week of December and concludes the second week of March. Players would attend two sessions per week, one on Wednesday and one on Saturday session.


The training sessions are broken down as follows:

  • Middle School Sessions: 
    • Wednesday, 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
    • Saturday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
  • High School Sessions: 
    • Wednesday, 6:45 PM - 8:15 PM or 8:15 PM - 9:45 PM.
    • Saturday, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM.

HITTING TRACK - SWING TRAINING AND POWER DEVELOPMENT

This is the ultimate program for hitters committed to becoming more powerful, consistent, and mentally tough at the plate. This 12-week training track is specifically engineered to deconstruct and rebuild the athlete's swing mechanics, ensuring peak performance when the competitive season begins.

Comprehensive, Data-Driven Training

Our training offers innovative, comprehensive, and specialized hitting techniques designed to maximize every hitter's full potential. Sessions will include a dedicated mix of:

  • Video Analysis: Utilizing video to identify and correct swing flaws invisible to the naked eye.
  • Progressive Drill Work: Focused repetition aimed at improving barrel control, refining swing plane, and creating a short, powerful swing.
  • Performance Tracking: We utilize Rapsodo (exit velocity, launch angle) and swing analyzer (bat speed, efficiency metrics) to provide objective, real-time data for personalized feedback.

  • Middle School Sessions:
    • Saturday 2:00 - 3:00 PM or 3:00 - 4:00 PM.
    • Sunday 12:45 - 1:45 PM.
  • High School Sessions:
    • Saturday 4:00 - 5:00 PM or 5:00 - 6:00 PM.
    • Sunday 1:45 - 2:45 PM or 2:45 - 3:45 PM.

PERFORMANCE TRACK - ATHLETIC POWER & FOUNDATION

This is the essential training track for every athlete committed to building the physical foundation required to succeed at the next level. This 12-week program, with two dedicated sessions per week, is specifically designed to transform overall athleticism, giving players the speed and strength necessary to unlock their full potential in all baseball skills.

Maximum Readiness Through Foundational Training

Our program is not just about lifting weights; it's about making you a stronger, faster, and more explosive baseball player. We focus on:

  • Strength & Power: Systematic training designed to increase functional strength and explosive power, directly translating into higher exit velocity and pitching velocity.
  • Speed & Agility: Focused work on movement preparation, speed, and agility, ensuring quickness in the field and efficiency on the base paths.
  • Injury Resilience: Utilizing plyometrics and mobility work to build durable joints and muscles, significantly reducing the risk of common baseball injuries.

By committing to two performance sessions a week, you ensure that the hours spent on hitting and pitching skills can be effectively converted into game-day performance. This track is the difference between surviving the season and dominating it.

Training Schedule

The winter training starts the first week of December and concludes the second week of March.  Players would attend two sessions per week, one on Monday and one on Thursday.


The training sessions are scheduled on the following days:


  • Middle School Sessions:
    • Monday 4:30 - 5:30 PM or 5:40 - 6:40 PM.
    • Thursday 5:10 - 6:10 PM or 6:20 - 7:20 PM.
  • High School Sessions:
    • Monday 6:50 - 7:50 PM or 8:00 - 9:00 PM.
    • Thursday 7:30 - 8:30 PM or 8:30 - 9:30 PM.

CATCHER TRACK - CATCHER DEVELOPMENT AND POSITIONAL IQ

The Catcher Track is a 12 week program designed to focus on the unique and highly skilled demands of the position. Catchers will receive advanced instruction on framing, blocking, throw downs, and game management. We will work on the specific footwork and transfer techniques needed to decrease pop times and increase accuracy. Our coaching will also focus on the mental side of the game, helping catchers become a true leader on the field.

Comprehensive Skill Development

This highly specialized program provides focused instruction on the four key areas of catching:

  • Receiving & Framing: Advanced techniques to maximize strike calls and build trust with the pitching staff.
  • Blocking Mastery: Aggressive footwork and body positioning to contain velocity and protect the plate.
  • Throw Downs: Intensive work on quick-twitch footwork, transfer efficiency, and throwing accuracy to decrease pop times and shut down the opponent's running game.

Game Management & Leadership: Instruction on calling pitches, managing the flow of the game, and communicating effectively with pitchers and infielders.

Performance Integration

We recognize the immense physical demands of the position. This track strategically integrates performance training to specifically build the core strength, leg drive, and explosion needed for repetitive squatting, blocking, and throwing. You will develop the durable base required to handle the wear and tear of a full season.

This is the only way to transform your catcher into a complete defensive weapon and a true leader on the diamond.

The arm is the most frequently injured part of the body, even for position players. This is even more important for catchers, who face demands second only to pitchers. If you want to increase your throwing power and guarantee your arm lasts through a full season of high-volume reps, the necessary strength is built during the commitment of the offseason. This 12-week program, consisting of one dedicated session per week, is the definitive solution for position player durability.

Data-Driven Injury Prevention

We apply pitcher-level technology to position player needs. This program includes a mandatory comprehensive ArmCare.com assessment of your arm strength and range of motion. This process is crucial because it:
