Our hitting development program will help improve power, barrel control, swing plane, increase hand and bat speed, create a short and powerful swing. With the use of an advanced swing analyzer, high-speed cameras, and radar technology, we measure players' hitting performance. Our goal is to improve your mechanics, use of the lower half, explosive hips, rotational power, fast hands, point of contact, barrel control, swing plane, create a short and powerful swing to hit the ball harder and further.
TRAIN LIKE A PRO WITH A PRO
Kumar Nambiar currently plays in the Minor League Baseball with the Oakland Athletics. This past season, he pitched for the High-A A's affiliate, the Lansing Lugnuts. During the off-season, he trains at the Cressey Sports Performance facility with Eric Cressey, the current Director of Player Health and Performance for the New York Yankees. Before being drafted by the Athletics, he graduated from Mamaroneck High School in 2015 and Yale University in 2019.
We developed the program to prepare athletes for the Off-Season and to teach them the fundamentals of performance training. The program will help improve functional movement, strength, power, speed and change of direction. The program combines baseball-specific strength and power training, mobility work, arm care, and speed training.
Defense Training Program aims to improve your defensive fundamentals. A variety of drills will be used to improve the skills of all infielders and outfielders, including stance, positioning, pre-pitch movements, footwork, anticipation/reaction, appropriate angles to ball, ground balls, fly balls, backhands, and double plays.
The Catcher Defense Training program will focus on proper stances, receiving, blocking, throwing, signs, framing, fielding bunts, tags and the mental aspect. Catchers must bring their own equipment.
