Covid guidelines

Communicable Disease Prevention - We Are All Responsible

  • Physical social distancing of six feet at all times
  • Wear face mask at all times.
  • Acceptable face coverings include, but not limited to, cloth-based face coverings and disposable masks appropriate for exercise that cover both the mouth and nose.  Bandanas, buffs, gaiters are not acceptable face coverings for use in gyms and fitness centers.
  • No gum, seeds, spitting, or shared drinking stations or bottles.
  • Temperature check for all athletes and instructors.  Athletes and instructors will not be allowed to enter the facility with a temperature 100.4 or higher.
  • Stay home if you are at or come in contact with a person with high individual risk factors (e.g., older age; the presence of chronic medical conditions, including immunocompromising conditions; pregnancy).  
  • Should self-monitor and self-quarantine for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 if they suspect possible exposure.  Follow the CDC guidelines if you think or know you have COVID-19 and had symptoms.
  • Drop Off Only - Parents are not permitted to wait

Health Screening

The health pre-screening requirements apply to anyone entering the facility.


Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea


  1. Positive COVID-19 diagnostic test in the past 14 days
  2. Close contact with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case in past 14 days; and/or
  3. Traveled within a state with significant community spread of COVID-19 for longer than 24 hours within the past 14 days.


If you answered "Yes" to any question, please stay home.

Cleaning and Disinfection

  • Enhanced frequency and thoroughness of daily sanitation practices, especially on high touch areas (hand-held items, weights, machines, restrooms, shelves, mats, door handles, balls, bats, etc.)
    • Before and after hours
  • Clean and disinfect between each session.
  • Use FPA approved disinfectants to kill germs on surfaces. and Electrostatic Spray Technology for Maximum Coverage and Precise Application.
  • EPA 6 Steps for Safe and Effective Disinfectant Use
    • Step 1 - Check that your product is EPA approved disinfectants.
    • Step 2 - Read the directions.  Follow the product’s direction.
    • Step 3 - Pre-clean the surface.
    • Step 4 - Follow the contact time.
    • Step 5 - Wear gloves and wash your hands.
    • Step 6 - Lock it Up. Keep lids tightly closed and stored out of reach of children.

Action Taken

  • Reduced class size to allow physical social distancing of 6 feet.
  • Adjust hours of operations and class times to allow cleaning and disinfecting procedure.
  • Provide adequate signage throughout the facility
  • Increase the availability of hand sanitizer
  • Mark areas within the facility for athletes to stand, workout, wait for their turn, etc.
  • Track attendance of all athletes and coaches.
  • Installed MERV-13 air filters
