Hitting Training - We use the most advanced swing analyzer technology to capture the player's hitting metrics and video analysis to identify and customize a training program that meets the player’s individual needs. Our coaches have the ability to analyze every off-season, in-season, practice, and in-game swing and provide valuable insight on how to take player's game to the next level. We have captured over 1 million swings in our system. Improve power, barrel control, swing plane, increase hand and bat speed, and create a short and powerful swing.
Performance Training - Includes movement preparation, motor skills development, force velocity and speed and agility. The program includes both strength (develop more power, mobility, and conditioning) and speed and agility (improve acceleration, deceleration, foot speed, quickness, and change of direction).
Arm Care - The training program offers innovative and comprehensive specialized training to reduce throwing injuries and muscle imbalances.

Pitcher Focus - is tailored to pitchers, providing them with the necessary tools to improve their velocity, accuracy, control, and overall pitching performance. Coaching sessions will focus on pitch mechanics, pitch sequencing, pitch repertoire development, and mental preparation. Our Arm Care Program offers innovative, comprehensive, and specialized training techniques designed to maximize a pitcher's full potential. Our program is a proven training methodology created to better understand and reduce throwing injuries and muscle imbalances in our players. Each program is designed and tailored to each individual's needs according to their specific age, stature, abilities, and deficiencies. Our program is the first step in the athlete looking to build velocity and learn efficient movement patterns and warmup/recovery routines.
